We start by making sure our ice is just right, soft, silky and packed to the perfect consistency. Next, we use our completely natural fruit syrups, made with organic cane sugar, not the typical high fructose syrups that most places use. Then we top all our shave ice with fresh fruit and a delicious home made coconut cream sauce, and finally, topping it off with local Honey. Also If you like ice cream with your shave ice we offer as an add on, a scoop of vanilla or macadamia nut ice cream at the bottom of your shave ice.

You can enjoy our shave ice in one of two ways. The regular, which comes in our earth friendly Compostable cup. The same goes for our spoons and straws, no plastic used here. Or, you can try our shave ice in our signature Waikomo Shave Ice sovereign coconut bowl, which comes with a reusable coconut spoon and straw. The perfect gift to take back home with you.
